😎 Kids Outdoor Obstacle Course😎 

A fun and easy way to stay active with the kids and get some fresh air. 

All you need:  

  • Chalk 
  • Concrete driveway 

In the video posted are eight labeled stations: hop on right leg, 20 jumping jacks, alternating toe taps, 20 mini squats, hop on left leg, lunges, high knees with ladder, heel to toe (tandem) walking. Each labeled arrow is about 5 feet. Half of the obstacle course alternates stationary and non-stationary exercises. You can set up your obstacle course however you would like. Have fun with it!

  • Stationary high knees 
  • Balance on one leg 10 sec (eyes open or closed) 
  • Squat kicks 
  • Heel raises 
  • Push-ups 
  • Crunches 


  • Monster walk (Squatted side-steps) 
  • Side lunges 
  • Bear crawl 
  • Crab walk 
  • Grapevine walking 
  • Frog jumps
